iPhone 18 Pro Max Lucky Draw: Terms

1. Organiser

In short: Ask your first question free and get 1 entry. Buy Detailed Guidance (₹249) and your total becomes 5 entries. Free entry needs no purchase. Winner is picked on Dhanteras, 6 November 2026.

2. Who can enter

  • Individuals aged 18 or above, resident in India, with a valid Indian mobile number.
  • Not open to the Organiser's owner, employees, contractors and their immediate family.
  • Residents of [STATES TO EXCLUDE, per lawyer] are not eligible, because of local rules on prize draws.

3. Offer period

From [START DATE] until 11:59 PM IST on 1 November 2026. Entries received after that are not counted.

4. How to get entries

  1. Free entry (no purchase necessary): submit your first question on shastravigyan.com/ask with all required details (question, name, WhatsApp number, date, time and place of birth). This gives 1 entry. Where birth time is not known, tick the option given and the entry still counts.
  2. Bonus entries: if you also buy Detailed Guidance for ₹249, your total becomes 5 entries (the 1 free entry plus 4 additional entries).

A maximum of 5 entries per mobile number counts during the offer period, irrespective of how many questions or purchases are made. Buying more than once does not add entries. Entries are recorded against the mobile number you give.

Entries are not for sale on their own. Buying Detailed Guidance gets you the guidance; the extra entries come along with it as a bonus.

5. The prize

One (1) Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max, [storage size, e.g. 256 GB]. Colour is chosen by the Organiser based on availability. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another item, and cannot be transferred. If the exact model is not available, the Organiser may give an item of equal or higher value.

6. The draw

  • Date: Dhanteras, 6 November 2026 [confirm date before launch]. If the date changes, we will announce the new date on this page and on our WhatsApp / social channels.
  • One winner is selected by random draw from all valid entries. Each entry has an equal chance. Having 5 entries gives 5 times the chances of 1 entry.
  • The draw will be [live on Instagram / YouTube or recorded and shared, per your choice].
  • The winner's name (first name and city) and the result will be announced on [website and social handles]. The Organiser's decision on the draw is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner notification and claim

  • The winner is contacted on the WhatsApp number / phone given in the entry, within [e.g. 48 hours] of the draw.
  • The winner must reply and share a valid photo ID and delivery address within 7 days. If there is no reply, or the details do not match the entry, the prize may be given to another winner chosen by a fresh draw.
  • The prize is delivered free of charge within India within [e.g. 15 days] of verification.

8. Taxes

Income-tax on prize winnings, and tax deducted at source as required by law, is the winner's responsibility; the Organiser will deduct and deposit tax as the law requires and will provide the certificate. The winner may be asked for PAN. Any other cost of using the prize is borne by the winner.

9. Disqualification

The Organiser may disqualify entries that use false information, another person's details, multiple numbers or identities for the same person, automated tools, or that break our Terms. Entries made through a payment that is later refunded or reversed are reduced to the free entry (if valid), or cancelled if the free entry itself was invalid.

10. Not connected with Apple or any platform

This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Apple Inc., WhatsApp, Meta, OpenAI or any other platform. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. The prize is bought by the Organiser.

11. Astrology answer is independent

Your lucky draw entries do not change the guidance you receive and the guidance does not predict or promise a win.

12. Personal data

We use the details you give to deliver your answer, run the draw, contact the winner and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering, you allow us to publish the winner's first name and city.

13. Changes and cancellation

The Organiser may change, pause or cancel the draw if something outside its control (such as legal order, fraud, technical failure) makes it necessary, with notice on this page. If the draw is cancelled after paid entries, the Guidance already delivered stays valid; any refund will be as per the Refund Policy.

14. Complaints and law

Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Indian law applies. Courts at [Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh] have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have by law.
